9100七都科技文化中心Qidu Technology and Culture Center项目概况Introduction to the project 七都科技文化中心选址于七都岛西南部，东起港儿河界，南至环岛景观，西到西岛头，北至七都大道。项目总用地面积约459.6亩，分5个地块实施、用地面积约188.7亩，总建筑体量约32.23万平方米（地上建筑面积约22万平方米、地下建筑面积约10.15万平方米）。其中一期地上建筑面积1.45万平方米，地下1.2万平方米，投资1.7亿元。此次重点就一期进行项目招商。 \n@@Qidu Technology and Culture Center is adjacent to the bank of Gang’er River in the east, the Round-island Sightseeing Center in the south, end of Xidao in the west, and Qidu Avenue in the north. With a total land area of 459.6 mu (equal to 30.64 hectares), this project will be divided into 5 plots covering 188.7 mu (equal to 12.58 hectares) and a total building area of about 322,300 sq.m (including 220,000 sq.m above the ground and 101,500 under the ground). Stage 1 will cover 14,500 sq.m above the ground and 12,000 sq.m under the ground, which requires \nan investment of 170 million Yuan.
